Ore : 3:21 am

This is how you make renjis. (or roti jala, whatever it is that some of you freaks call it.)
You need:
1 kg plain flour, 1 can evaporated milk (pref. Carnation brand), 4 eggs, 3 cups of water.
Steps:
Mix all ingredients together in one big mixing bowl.

p/s: If you find that the mixture is still thick and rough, blend it.

When the mixture is smooth enough to go through that yellow thingy, heat the flat pan, douse it with oil and make slow twirly movements anti-clockwise. Like that.

It should be looking something like that. Eat it while it's hot, accompanied with either egg salad topped with ketchup, or for the more preferred, a plate of mutton curry. Mmmmm!!! Oh yes I forgot to add. You have to add colouring to the batter, otherwise it would resemble something similar to a pale sun. Ok, that's it. Enjoy...
